First, thank you for your participation in our wholesale DSL program. We value and appreciate your business. Second, we
are announcing the $10 Dollar April Promotion. During the month of April we will credit you $10 dollars for each
(net-gain) DSL subscriber added. You must have a minimum net-gain of 5 subscribers to qualify. No, this is not an April
fool's joke. This is a promotion to try and get you more interested in selling and marketing the DSL services.

Now is the time to try new marketing techniques to try and bring on new users. Perhaps you can lower your first month
rate to $9.99. This will help get people in the door and you can always raise rates after they are a customer. It is
really easy to put new promotional plans inside the "subscriptions" section of your DSL backoffice. If you need help
